Organizing five Urban Health Centres with the assistance of A.P. Government in the towns of Khammam,
Kothagudem, Paloncha and Guntur to provide Medical and Health Services in the Urban Slum areas.

Sanjeevani: Four Urban Health Centers in urban slums1. Srinivasa Nagar, Khammam. 2. Safai Basthi
Kothagudem. 3. Sekharam Banjara, Polancha.
4. Ramavaram Kothagudem. Population benifted 
 66,000. ANC Monitored at Present are 3,066, Daily  O.P 200-250
    1. Emergency Fund: Provided for 250 Members 2. Transport Fund: Provided for 500 Members
    3. Sterilisations: Motivated and condected for 2,500. Health awareness camps conducted every month
    5. Mahila Arogya Sanghams for mulated.    Aided by State Govt, Family welfare Program.
